Upgrade ADL workbench to process ADL 1.4 languages section, including translations - and display on 'description' tab
Performs various silent upgrades on strings to turn them into CODE_PHRASEs.

This screen shows the contents of the "description" section near the top of an archetype, as well as the languages, translation details and terminologies supported by the archetype. A drop-down menu provids access to the translation details in each language.

Update Languages, translations to ADL 1.4 (NEW)
Archetypes can now be converted to being ADL 1.4 compliant by using the Overwrite option. The changes made are:

remove the primary_language and languages_available items from the 'ontology' section
add an ADL 1.4-compliant 'languages' section, containing the appropriate items taken from the removed ontology items
upgrade String values of language names (e.g. "en") to CODE_PHRASEs where dictated by the AOM.
